Great
I just picked this up today, I have tried this on win 7 64 bit, win xp and win server 2003.. works great. you might need to pick up the software from the site. L2 and R2 are a bit different but i think you will grow to love this gamepad, very smooth action.

Nice Looking. Comfortable
Nice looking gamepad and it was comfortable to hold. However, I was not able to get all of the buttons to work the way I needed on my PC games. I tried third party profile software and no luck. Some buttons would not function at all some would perform the same function as others some worked fine. Also I found the L2, R2 buttons were awkward to press because of where they were situation. If they were repositioned they would be easier to press. The controls that worked were very responsive and my PC recognized the gamepad right away. I did not try it on a PS3. I would not recommend this gamepad for shooter games or games where you need to be using a lot of commands. It is best suited for driving games either car or bike.

Awesome
So far this product has been to me awesome. Other joysticks I've had were hard to program for some games etc, so far this has been easy. I didn't give it 5 Stars because I do not use enough different controllers. Pete
