do not buy
Do not buy this phone. I have returned it 3X for replacement, and each time I get the same problem. Keys dont work, cannot delete texts, etc. Glad I bought the warranty, as I am getting my money back from the 3rd party warranty. Was using it on the Bell network.

Waste of money
This is defintely the worst cell phone I have ever owned. I have had this phone a little over two months. The battery issues are awful. It constantly needs to be charged. Maybe once or twice has the phone gone 24 hrs without having to be charged. Now the d button on the keyboard doesn't work. The keypad used to light up at night when I was trying to send a text. Now it doesn't light up anymore. It is very difficult to use & figure out the features. It took forever to find out how to lock the keyboard for instance. I wish I had went with a different phone for sure.

Very Bad SmartPhone
It have not drop off any calls so far. Very good sound quality, excellent to play music. Some good applications when sync such as: email and documents. Several battery issues: ac charger needs to be twisted to connect, in standby mode sometimes battery last for 2-3 days, sometimes no even 6 hours. I do not have a data plan and the phone does not come with wifi therefore I cannot use most of the features. For computer sync, I downloaded drivers and had to get the unlock key because it got blocked while auto updating. Awful to play videos, they seem to be a picture slide presentation (paused, video and sound are off). I do not recommend this phone.

Decent deal for the money
It is typical Motorola, good overall design. Although they tried to copy the Blackberry they left off WIFI so if you are looking for a phone that can use WIFI keep looking. The overall phone design is good and easy to figure out. However, don't expect to have all the cables to connect to computer because this only comes with a 110-240 charging system. Oh the quad band has not dropped a call in Afghanistan so far...

Black Screen
I have owned 2 of these over 2 and a half years, and both eventually lost the screen. The first one I would always forget in my back pocket and sit on, so i can accept it broke, the 2nd one was babied .... and still I need to twist and push the screen to get it to work. Really annoying for such a good phone.
