Good product

I ordered this power supply for my stepsons computer. He needed the 6 pin for a new graphics card. I had him install it. It was his first time installing a PS. He has had no issues.

Awful

I received not one, but two defective power supplies. Avoid these ones.

Works fine

Only one difficulty, had a lot of cables (most not used) but only had 1 small connect for cd's. Had to buy a spliter cable.

not great but ok

I had this for a little over a year now and just replaced it because of 2 new high end gpus requiering more wattage. i didnt encounter problems with it alltho the fans were loud, since i replaced it i can barely hear the computer running and there is 4 fans, 4 on the gpus 1 on the cpu and another on the new power supply. also more recently, the fan would make alot of noise on start up and i would have to give the powersupply a tap or two to make it stop wich isnt really interesting. all the wires are attached to it so you get stuck with a bunch of loose wires or having to tie then up in a corner .i wouldnt recommand unless you down mind noise and that it will probably go after a year or two( it is guaranteed 3 years but needs registration and besides its a 40 $ powersupply the shipping cost for waranty would be higher than a new one )

Remember to register this PSU

This PSU worked for about 15-18 months and then started making a buzzing noise. At this point I found the 3 year warranty advertised all over the box and manual requires registration mentioned only the last page of the manual in the fine print and on the website. The PSU is still working but due to the buzzing and potential for overheating or other failure as a result (guessing a fan bearing is going out) I'm replacing it. Out of 7 or more PSU units I've had over the years this is the only one that has gone out including a couple that have lasted through 2-3 motherboard builds. On the plus side it has a lot of connectors some of the wiring is a bit short if you are installing it in a full tower but it seems to be fine for a medium tower build.

Read warranty carefully. You will need it.

Worked great for about 6 months then started randomly turning off and on. Now it wont turn on all. Thought no problem has great warranty. Went to start the return process and found they wont accept it without the original box. Threw it out after a few weeks. Wont buy another Diablotek.

Failed within a year :(

Power supply worked great for about ten months and then unexpectedly blew one night under normal operation. I would have been fine with this as it comes with an excellent warranty and I should have had a new one in a short amount of time. I submitted an RMA request, received confirmation and was told I would be contacted soon with direction on how I should proceed. I have yet to be contacted (months later) and have been unable to reach diablotek. Not a terrible product but I cant say the same for diablotek support.
