Great Portable Scanner

Love this little scanner. It does a great job and easy to use. The size makes it a very desirable item to take along with you on trips. Light weight and small. I haven't used it without saving to my pc but the feature of putting scanned items on a Micto SD card will come in very handy too.

Awesome Portable Scanner!

I used to run a small business from home, and I used a 14 inch flat bed scanner for everything. Now I am trying to downsize to live in an RV while my wife and I travel. This little jewel is perfect! I no longer need a two drawer filing cabinet to keep a record of my bills, I can scan everything and keep important document (medical records and such) on a jump-drive on my key chain, then I can shred the documents. Pay extra attention to feed your document straight, then you won't have any trouble with crooked documents. An eight GB jump-drive will hold 15 to 20 years worth of documents, yet you can carry it on a key chain and access them from any computer.

Great Scanner

I bought this for my boyfriend's birthday. At first he found it difficult to work. Then he said he had to figure out a few things and now loves it. He said the quality was excellent and it is working beautifully. I am glad I bought this for him. It is nice because it uses the USB port on the computer to power it. So if he is in the car, or on the go he can still scan.

Nice product

I bought this scanner so I could feed my documents into it instead of having to constantly open and close the lid of my other scanner. I like the way I can scan several pages (i.e. electric bills) into one document. My other scanner creates a new document for every page requiring me to name every single page. With this scanner, I can scan a full year's worth of electric bills into one document and give it one name. I only gave it a 4 for features and performance because I wish I could just push a button on the scanner to make it scan instead of having to use my computer mouse. I also wish there was a left guide to prevent the pages from scanning crooked at times. Also, it doesn't always grab the page but will scan as if it did. It is, however, easy to cancel it and rescan the page. Regardless of these two minor issues, I would definitely recommend it.

Great Value

I purchased this scanner so I could scan my receipts to attach to my expense reports for work. I have used it for several other function since receiving it. It installs very easily and in simple to use. It scans the paper quickly and the image quality is great. My previous scanner was built into my HP printer but this is much simpler and more convenient. This is a much better option and a great price.
