Excelent performance
This drive is very fast and effective. I put it in my Asus G53SX laptop. The boot time is extraordinary! I'm not new to SSD, but I am new to the way I have my system configurated. My desktop has an HDDBOOST set up which I loved, but I will soon be changing it to my laptop's config. My laptop is capable of 2 hdd so I use the HDD for my system (win 7, some programs like adobe suite) and I use the other hdd for everything else (games, documents ect.) Do your research when setting up your config, always update firmware before doing anything, fresh install of OS.

Works Great for WoW
Bought this for a friend complaining of load speed running WoW (World of Warcraft) from HDD D: drive. He has a 128 Gb SSD as C:, and the game took up too much space along with other programs. Installation was very easy. The HDD was cloned to this new SSD with no problems. My friend can't stop bragging about the improved performance speed. Up and running for 3 weeks now. No problems. Plenty of room for other stuff too. I've owned lots of OCZ memory products and all have performed well. No duds in the bunch. Other 240 Gb SSDs have priced in starting around $375.

More reliable than newer model
firmware came with 1.33 It's easy to setup with window 7 Ultimate 64 bits will work with latest Intel Rapid Storage & Intel chipset AHCI Make sure secure erase for best performance on your benchmark, otherwise it will not live up to its ability Not as fast as the newer sandforce ssd, but it's reliable so far.

My Fifth OCZ SSD, and They Keep Getting Better
This is the fifth OCZ SSD which I have bought, and they keep getting better. This is the biggest and fastest one I've used--it scores 7.7 on the MS disk performance rating. I installed this one in a new laptop, which I bought with the cheapest hard drive I could get and then replaced it. It's running Windows 7 x64, which has the TRIM function. This has kept the SSD running at new speeds even after extensive use. I've never had a single problem with any OCZ product.
