DOA
Dead on arrival. Giving it three stars cause it seemed like a good deal, and quality seemed ok. I don't know if it was DOA due to keyboard problems, or if it was a problem with my computer. HK

Defective product
Mine was defective right out of the box. Within a day or two I noticed that the Page Up key was hypersensitive. The Page Up would trigger when I wasn't pushing the button and whenever it was triggered, it often didn't want to stop. This is extremely annoying when trying to read a webpage and even made clicking on desktop icons difficult when it happened because it would want to go to the icon in the top left when I wanted to click another one. Even with the button removed, a bit of vibration still caused it to act like the button was being held down

have volume control
Satisfactory in all regards. Other inexpensive multimedia keyboard recently purchased did not have volume control - This and that it is USB were the features I needed. All ok after about a month of use.

Button failure in 3 weeks
I like the layout and the feel but the number buttons started to fail after three weeks.
