Awesome
I have a little room in the rear of a property that detects no WiFi signals of any kind. I was skeptical as to whether this unit would work. I now get a signal stronger than in an office where I am directly wired to the router! I am very impressed with the performance and ease of installation.

bad speed
i got this adapter i connected it with my windows 7 laptop it shows it has 82% singnal strength and 75% quality but i hardly get 2mbps can some one help

Reach out and grab--em
All I can say is WOW! This is the real deal if you want to see just how many hot spots are around your house. It's been a month and I'm still stunned at how well it works. I also feel that whoever is running the show at alfa networks needs a pink slip because their is no excuse for places not having this already in stock and selling like hotcakes.

Win7 64 driver hidden
I was very frustrated with the documentation - or lack of - with the product. The only information provided for Windows7 is a audio-less movie that you can not read the screen shots. For Windows7 Pro 64 bit you have to use the VistaX64 device driver. Once you get it installed it provides good reception and auto connects everytime.

Not the lowest price, but it works
I use this at a campground, my campsite is 800-900 feet from the router. I couldn't detect a signal before I got this, with the included antenna I got on the net about half the time with maybe 20 or 30 percent strength. I replaced the antenna with a 9db antenna, it just screws off and on, now I get from 50 to 90 percent all the time. Sort of a flimsy looking housing but if you need long range get this thing.

Easy Install and Cool looking
Couldn't be any easier to install. I'm running Win7 64 and I let it automatically detect and download the drivers. It did that without a hitch. I then added it to my wireless network and bingo it worked. Using it right now to connect online. Couldn't be happier.
