L300 is a great product
I use the L300 everyday at work and it has shown itself to be very reliable. We have 30+ users running off an Intel Core i7 and 18 GB of ram. Make sure to use MS Server 2008R2! This is a great product.

Works as expected.
Using this product with Win XP SP3 and it functions as expected. Definitely would recommend this product to anyone that wants to have shared access to information on a single computer. Performs better than expected. I thought I may need to upgrade the PC to accomodate two users but have found the Pentium D 2.667Mhz processor adequately responsive.

Good basic product
This devise works good as a basic workstation but do not think you are going to be able to control screen resolution or have more than one USB device because you will need one of them to operate your wireless keyboard and mouse. I called tech support and the lady was polite and helpful somewhat. I should have insisted for her to stay on the phone with me until I had completed the task, because after I hung up I made a mistake in the networking and crashed my tower and lost all my usernames. I called back to ask for help but it was beyond her capabilities and again I was on my own to figure out the damage done. Their instructions on installing the devise are very poor and very limited. They spend more time trying to speak every language on the instructions instead of making them informative to the product.

Good Value
The devices are a good terminal unit I am currently using 3. I had to upgrade to windows server 2008 for the unit to work with most futures. you can not use RDT and N-computing on the same server. also the USB only works with very basic devices

Don't be fooled; this is a good product
I am currently using 5 of these terminals in my manufacturing area for research use. They work exactly the way they are expected to. I would like NComputing to come out with a unit supporting dual monitors, however, aside from their software not supporting Windows 7 the way I'd prefer, it works great on Windows XP x86 SP3.

Good, Bad and Ugly
The good: The devices are a really great terminal in concept. We have 15 of them. It centralizes computer management, minimizes power use & when deployed effectively can be used as a redundant system as users can log in to one of many available servers. The bad: Software support. Wow. What can I say. The last good version of the Ncomputing software I can remember was before they renamed it VSpace. 64bit support only recently became available as a beta version which seems to work ok. Linux support? They've been saying it for years. I have managed to get one Linux server working a few months back so I suppose it exists to some degree. Overall: I love the concept. However, I feel far too much of their priority goes into the paranoia of protecting the product instead of development and customer satisfaction. While I'm contemplating getting additional devices, I'm still looking around now at alternatives considering my experience to date.

Not all its cracked up to be
First of all choup is right. add his review to mine and now add that several apps (not graphic intense apps) will not run multiple instances on the same machine. also a since glitch in power and everything goes down. how about a mandatory antivirus reboot, you lose everything. In a small lab yes i would be great, real world, no.

Beware of vendor marketing hype
The NComputing L300 is a great idea, but does not deliver as advertised. First, the vendor advertises that the product supports Linux, which this specific product does not at this time, and probably won't until later this year or longer. I would also caution buyers that the vendor does not appear to really commit to Linux support as they claim on their other products as well as they do not support currently supported versions of Linux, but versions that the vendor (Ubuntu) no longer supports, e.g.: Ubuntu v8.10. Second, the vendors claims to the L300 performance are not what we found in our real world LAB testing. Finally, vendor touts savings over standard PC, but doesn't give the full facts about licensing requirements, which drive up the cost of the product significantly.
