Great product, poor delivery
Typical Microsoft product. Performs as advertised but SmartPost is anything but smart! SmartPost delivered to P.O. Over 100 miles away and it took days to arrive here! please stop shipping small packages by SmartPost!

Great....But
I like the product and it works like described, But it took WAY too long to get. In this day when you can get a good sized package sent practically next day for free, it took over a week to get the KEY Card when all they had to do was E-Mail it. Some corporate Executives sure make STUPID decisions.

Not the Best Deal
This is a license that lives and dies on the machine you install on. For $20 more search for Microsoft Office Home and Student 2010 - 3 Users, Traditional Disc on the site and you will get a license you can put on 3 machines and transfer if you machine dies.

Microsoft Office Home & Student
I have no use for One Note. Maybe if I took the time to understand it better, I might like it. I do have a use for Publisher as well as Outlook. I wish that the pricing could be reconfigured so that those products could be purchased in the package rather than One note.

i miss publisher
this new edition is ok, but i really miss publisher. one note is pretty much worthless, since i don't use my laptop to take notes (old fashioned pen and paper). everything else is fine. i just really miss publisher.
