not such a great deal
The first one I was sent would not initialize. I read the manual and went on line to set up this device and it just wouldn't work. They sent me a second one and it worked but only by creating a folder and manually transferring the songs. Like the young man on the phone said,that's the problem with low end items like that.

One out of two defective
The MP3 player that I gave to me granddaughter does not work. It will not allow songs to be loaded on it. Hoping it can be replaced with a new one that does work.

I would not recommend purchasing this product to any of my friends. The audio was very subpar and could not be turned up high enough to hear any recording.
