all I wanted was video card that worked with windows 7. Don't need Gamer card, I don't do that. Was more than I wanted to spend. BUT WOW. Older board, pent. 4 dual core 3.4, 2g ram. 500 g sata drive.windows rated it 5.2!!Rated this video card 6.7!!!!Not bad for box buddy was throwing away. so if your looking to perk up an older AGP board this card WILL.

Life Extension Plus

Had a decade old AGP system on the rec room entertainment system for videos, games, internet, etc. It was showing its age, but this card fixed all the problems and added some upgraded interfaces. Install was a breeze and updated drivers were easy to download. It has been working great for a month even on the newer games. Very happy with with this card.

Nice Card

Gave life to an old P4 3.4 GHz Prescott, turned it into a media center, hooked right to the TV thru HDMI, sound was a little tricky to get working thru the HDMI. But once if figured it out works great. Well worth the money for older AGP systems.

Sweet!!!!

Blew up a nvidia on older computer. Needed an agp card. PCIe was already out for awhile when I built it but was scarfing the older computers vid card. I had so much bad experience with ATI Radeon Cards I vowed never to purchase one again. Because only three were available and this had the best specs I bought it with complete skepticism. Glad to be proven wrong. It doesn't happen often.

This was a great piece of technology for the money, but my old P4 with XP just had too many hardware conflicts for me to keep it. The return process was top rate, though, with virtually no questions asked and quality service.

Nice Card

I bought this card for my 2003 AGP system. Shipping was fast and installation was simple. I first removed my old video drivers using Driver Cleaner Pro. I then downloaded the drivers for this card from both the HIS and the AMD websites. It worked without a hitch. I definitely recommend this card if you're looking to prolong the use of an older AGP system.

AGP gone backward

Well I had both 4650 and 4670 now. Both are the same. The 4650 fried when the fan failed. The 4670 was returned for poor performance before it could fry. I don't like these cards because they play like a x700 or x800 does. The x1950 and HD3850 play much better. These HD46xx cards were a huge disappointment, I recommend everyone avoid this product.

I have a ASUS A7N8X-E Deluxe and had to modify the BIOS to get this to work correctly with Windows XP. If you have Vista or 7 then you shouldn't have any problems.
