One works, one doesn't
I bought two cables; one of them works, the other one doesn't. Wanted to return the defective cable, but the return process is complicated so just threw away the bad cable.

Great HDMI cable for $8. I use it to hook my laptop up to my tv for online movies and gaming. Cant beat it for the price.
