Bad Burners. Don't BUY!!!!
I bought these two MSI burners to replace my aging Plextor PX-800A burners. Errors and screwups right out of the box. After trying to sort out the logistics of replacing these I gave up and swallowed the price of them when I bought them on sale. Save your money and buy only quality burners. You will be glad you waited. I have come to the conclusion that MSI is a junk no name burner.

good price ,but super noisy
this this a pretty good deal,but the thing is so noisy.It even drowned out my three fans! On the plus side, I'll probably never use it again because I just needed it to install the os.

fair deal
Not too bad a price for just being able to read dvd's. It's decent in all 4 aspects. Good product, even though I don't use mine anymore it still works if I ever need it. Value rated lower than rest because you'd think it would come with it's own SATA cable.

easy to install, works great, good deal
worked great for awhile. After installing a software program it had trouble recognizing anything. I went to update the driver, but can' even find the product on MSI's website.

Does exactly what it's supposed to do
Fast, cheap and unbelievably quiet - I hardly know the thing's on half the time. Excellent purchase and well worth the $20 I paid for it.
