Not the Best experience
Right out of the box it would not read any CD's and the built in WIFI only picked up 3 bars when the router is on the same level, 2 walls and 15' away. I bought it for the great reviews but returned it for another machine.

Had old Gateway system that was slow it was time to update look to see what was out there and it look to be a gateway again. Very happy with it.

Bad Product
I would never recommend this to anyone. It's our 3rd Gateway and if this is what they are sending now I will never buy another.We sent it back to the company because it wouldn't even turn the monitor on it kept putting it in sleep mode. After 2 weeks it came back now we can't get the text right and Internet Explorer keeps freezing up. I am so frustrated with it that I am ready to pitch it.

Definitely need a better graphic card!
Radeon 6750 has no image sharpening feature. Definitely need to upgrade to a Radeon 7770. I mean gosh, even my old geforce 6000 has image sharpening. One more issue: the top hot-swap hard drive swap has no power. I had to open it up a get it fixed. Want better dispaly? Get the FX6860-UR21P instead.

cannot beat this!
I've been running this computer for a couple months now, and let me just say, this computer completely blows away any computer I have ever had in the past. You can NOT find a computer this powerful for this price. I use it mostly for gaming and I'm able to run any top of the line game easily at high to ultra settings. I did go ahead and spend an extra $100 to upgrade to 16 GBs of memory instead of 8 but that's a complete overkill to the average person so that is not necessary unless you plan on doing a ton of multi-tasking like myself. The computer runs extremely quiet and I also run duel monitors at no problem at all.

Many network probemd
This machine has already been sent back once to Gateway after 2 weeks of service for repair. And within 2 weeks back, no network device works of any kind. Now they tell me I have to a complete system recovery before I send it back, because they don't provide a replacement. If I had known it was an Acer product, I would never have bought it. This has been a major cost of time and money, and a very bad experience for me and my customer.

Perfect All in One
For genealogy work with dual monitor set up this fits the bill .. good work horse but don't try to expand to the nth degree this is an out of the box machine.

only good for new games
If you plan on playing older games DO NOT GET THIS COMPUTER. It can only properly run new games and I'm talking games made after 2009. It doesn't even run Napoleon Total War!!!
