Happy with product and company
Arrived as related in email. I don't know how the original broke, but they seem well made. Installing took more than one try but being my first time I consider it easy. This is my third time ordering from these guys. haven't had any problems.

Good price for 2 needles, replacement is easy. They're fairly durable, and are giving me good sound on my rips.

I wouldn't know
I was sent an email to review my product but how would I know how it works. I ordered it over a month ago and I still haven't received it. I am just getting the run around when I try to call or email.
