Works well so far
It has been in near constant use for a month. No problems so far. I use it to link external hard drives and copy files to USB 3 flash drives. The speed is great.

Every Laptop Needs This
With only one USB 3.0 port on the laptop, I needed a way to quickly connect devices safely away from the one port. This does it. Now I want short USB 3.0 cables to connect to the hub. I think the powered hub reduces the power drain on the laptop too - another good reason to use the hub
