Dead on Arival

Nice unit, cables are long enough to reach everything... but not impressed with DOA! I will return the defective unit for an exchange.

Decent Product

I'm happy with the 70amp rail packed into the standard size power supply. The modular cable design is an excellent feature. Please note, however, this PSU is intended for bottom mounted cases. In towers where the power supply is on top, the SATA cables have to be looped in an inconvenient upside down fashion, and may not be long enough to connect multiple SATA devices. The extra modular cables are for PATA power devices and are of a shoddy nature. The female power pins popped out on me multiple times during install, and I had to use needle-nose to bend and reinsert them. Also, the only extra fan power cable is off of the PATA modular power line. All in all, for a bottom mounted mid size case with only SATA devices and one high-end GPU, this is a great buy.

Amazing!

Love this PSU designs. Upgraded from 450w to this one is a huge change, more cores, additional and separate plugs spots (Modular) and enough power for need like videocards' PCI-E slot. Excellent room for mid-tower sizes. Overall is great. Thank you.

Looks Great! But mine was DOA

Very nice looking PSU. had no problems with cables reaching in a full tower case. plenty of additional cables even though I didnt need to add any. I would assume this will be able to power almost anything you could throw at it. was a shame the one I got was DOA, but hey, it happens. Corsair is a great brand and offers excellent products. If my replacement is DOA as well i may revise this review. kinda feel bad the 1st review of this PSU is a DOA
