Great Vaue and Easy Set-up
I replaced a 10 year old APC product that was a couple of levels lower in quality. I am very pleased with this product and recommend it to anyone with a small home office.

Best backup and economical
I have bought 6 units 18 months ago and they run everything, from several computers to satelite tv's and DVR'S etc. cannot be used for power circuits, such as Mercury outdoor lighting or motor circuits. I am an Electrical engineer retired.50 years. To the one sjblaiby June 26-2012 your idea is great however I did that already, and now I have 4 24 volt battery pacs, and cannot use them for extending time on the APC. this comes directly from the manufacturer, the built in timer circuits do not go past 162 so as many batteries you would hook up makes no difference will not run longer. even if you shut it off pull the battery and put in a fresh one, the timer will not permit until recharge time times out, SORRY to burst your bubble. There is one way to have more than one unit, and quickly switch your load to the other one. That is why I have muliple units and reduce the load, to give longer time running. I will get several more of them soon. Thanks S.

Runs my entire 1000 watt power supply based system. I am going to buy the BR24BPG extra battery pack to lengthen run time.

Not Sure
I know very little about how this item works. The old item I bought from this company died so I wanted to buy a different brand and this is what I saw as best rated. So...I bought it. I plugged my stuff into it and away we go. I did not read the book or download the software...but away we go. I assume I have protection from lightning and a little help with power outages, but I dont know much about the stuff.

Use this product with all my customers!
Never had a problem with the product, except that shipping companies destroy the bigger units. Still not a problem with product. Have some that are still working fine since 2007.

Excellent product
I used this item's predecessor model for many years without issue. The issue now is it's batteries are failing and I got tired of the constant notification beeps. I like the new model's specs and less power consumption. Easy install and quiet. Recommend to all.

So far so good
