Works as expected
After much researching I finally found a site that offered OEM battery replacement for my APC UPS at a good price. Other sites had knock-offs but a little digging on the dimensions showed they would not have fit in my UPS. Tiger Direct offered the exact replacement part. It installed easily and is working as expected. And the frosting on the cake...it was delivered so fast that I didn't get the email confirmation (from a satellite site it was ordered from)until AFTER it arrived and was already installed. Service like that can't be beat. This is not the first time I've ordered from Tiger Direct, and it won't be the last.

The Real Deal
Why take a chance with some cheap off brand? This genuine APC battery fit perfectly and worked great during recent power outage, lasting much longer than the old battery it replaced. Lower-than-manufacturer price and shipping deal makes it a good value. Includes basic instructions for various UPS models. It took several tries to pull one of the connectors off old battery, but it went on the new one fine. Also, battery can be hot swapped without powering off UPS, but still required power cycle to reset ''replace battery'' LED flash. Does not include return shipping for battery recycling; must recycle locally.

Great Value
Great value at less than half the price of a new unit and $10 cheaper than the manufacturer's website. Quick and easy install.
