WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER BATTERY
When I tried to get my Systemax Ultra UPS fixed, they told me that the battery is NOT COVERED by the warranty. So, if you're past your 30-day return window, you don't have ANY warranty on your UPS battery. It could fail at any moment and you just lose your investment in that battery entirely. Maybe it's time to find a better brand.

Does the job
Bought 12 for my office, as a backup for power outages until the generator kicks in. It does the job by preventing the computers to shut down. Good value and product for the price

Good backup for a great price
I ordered 7 of these to replace older APCs that were failing in the office. 1 out of the 7 was DOA, but promptly replaced. They have been in place for 2 weeks and have already seen 2 major spikes to the power in our building with no failure. Simply put, they work and they are inexpensive.

good backup power supply
I use a heavier backup for my computer, but I find these lighter units ideal for a surge supressor and power backup for my home theater dvr. Where I live, we have power that flickers occasionally when storms come and each time the power goes out, the dvr has to go through about a 8-10 minute boot up process, messing up our recordings. Now I don't have to worry about that unless the power goes out for more than a couple of minutes. When used for a desktop system, provides power enough for a short outage and a decent shutdown without losing data. Overall a good purchase for me for multiple purposes.

Good product good price
Solidly built, battery pre-configured. Not enough capacity to backup large desktop rigs but good for networking equipment, laptops and low power systems.

very good product
nice design fits in all small places and it is not noisey. power went out and and took care of my equipment + had time ample time to shut down.
