Works as a standalone but not as USB device
The provided software would not install. Tech support provided a link to software that would install, but the software will not connect to the device. It duplicates CDs and DVDs OK as a standalone, but I am very disappointed with it not operating by USB as advertised. More tech support may get it to working, but I should not have to go throught that.

Only if you like your DVDs on the floor
We bought this for our office thinking we could let it run overnight and make enough copies of DVDs to send out the next day. It turns out that the thing will only copy one or two DVDs or CDs and then it will start spitting them out on the floor without making copies. When I got in the following morning of the first day of using this there were three decent copies and about five DVDs on the floor that hadn't been copied. The machine had apparently shut itself down because it wasn't even running when I checked it. If you have time to sit next to this and baby-sit it then you might find it worth your time, but definitely not worth the money. I returned it and will not buy another one like it.
