No problems whatsoever
Really great nice looking board. its cheap performs flawlessly for me. I have bought 2 now since i used to only buy MSI. The only thing at all i can say is the bios splash screen is pretty whack. Bios user interface is very user friendly.

a BMW with Toyota price
It works right out of the box with usb keybord sometimes freeze during setup bios. update to the latest firmware get the problem fixed. It now drive my 3770k at 4.5Ghz without any problem. I am too lazy to mail in the rebate, but for $100, it's working great.
