Fast, Powerful and Great Price!
I bought this for my main gaming computer and it is fast! I had an AMD II X4 645 and man what a difference! Even before overclocking this baby was FAST! I currently run it on the Asus Formula V and have it at 4.0GHz with the Corsair H110. I can play anything on Ultra settings.

Runs like a champ!
I've had this for about a week now, and it's quite an upgrade from the dual core i had. I overclocked it to 3.8 so far, I would like to go to at least 4.0, however, the stock fan does not cool very well and is as loud as a jet engine at max rpms, so 3.8 is the max I can run at until I get better cooling in my case. In fact, I had to take the side panel off of my case just to run it 3.8. I would recommend better cooling if you are serious about oc'ing but other than that this is a great cpu for the price.

Great CPU!
Put this thing in a Gigabyte ga-ma78gpm-ds2h motherboard and it brought new life to my system run fast no overclocking.

Fantistic cpu installed in minutes and runs great Not much faster than the athlon cpu i had but can mulitask better with 4 cores instead of 2

Happy camper
Installed in a Gigabyte 970A-UD3 motherboard and is running perfectly. Very fast system now. Boot from scratch is around 35 seconds to usable desktop. Big change over old system which took almost 5 minutes to boot.

Chip works great in new gamer build
Paired this chip with an MSI 970A-G46 board. Chip tends to run a little hot at 49c stock, so I put a water cooler on it. Now it runs 27c. Hope to do some overclocking with it.

Almost perfect
This CPU is very fast and a good value. My only complaint is that the CPU fan is much louder than what I am used to. Still when paired with 8GB RAM I go from power off to surfing the net on Windows 7 in less than 30 seconds. That's way faster than what I was used to.

amd cpu
very good deal including fan with cpu.fans are $30 by themselves.cpu works great,no problems running my games.
