Works Great and does what it says it will do
This device does exactly what it says it will do. It will automatically switch for printers and even the scanning software. We have a multi-function printer with a scanner. After the software for the switch is installed, you can set it to switch to your computer anytime you open the scanning software. You do need to install the software for it in order for the automatic switching to work. After that...works flawlessly.

Not the right tool for the job
This switch should only be used for printer sharing and not peripheral devices. There's nothing automatic about it unless going into your tool bar and switching it on your computer is considered to be automatic.

Does not switch automatically
Will Not switch on its own. I need to manually switch every time to print.
