Excellent buy

I bought this notebook, just to use as an extra computer. I live on it. The item was in good shape and I have not had any performance issues. The only issue is when closing the screen, it seem to be warped. I wish it had more RAM. No cd drive.

great size for a laptop to use for traveling, no great drivers support for win 8. The laptop was kinda in rough shape, and the software was not completely installed. Always comes up with a Bios error on boot up after hibernating.

Great little recliner PC

This little tablet works great so far,but by system info. it looks like 7 pro. was downloaded on top of Vista OS. and maybe one of them was 64 bit & the other was 32 bit?? Anyway it works and the Info. I got said never click restore or you will lose every thing. So I will get a new 7 Pro.64 bit and a new harddrive.

looks great... if it worked

Within 24 hrs i shipped it back for warranty repairs on a few broken items, missing driver and a dead battery. Im looking forward to actually using the laptop whenever i can get it back. If you take the risk of buying this, get the warranty to be safe and allow some extra time in case it has issues as others have had.

Waiting on feedback for replacement

I ordered this item and 20 days later; Review of item I noted a bit of chocolate substance on the monitor hinge. Battery had no charge. there was very notable damage to the screen casing to the point of pieces missing. Inspection of battery housing was full of dirt hair. The wifi bluetooth not working. Keyboard not air dusted cleaned. Battery does not hold a charge for any extent of time. Contacted the supplier received same day response indicating that if I wish I will be provided with a return label via email which I presume to be at the suppliers expense? I am going into month 2 of university without needed laptop. If replace suitable and resolved timely be back to change this review with more positives because in theory it is good value for the price.

Love It!

Very happy with the Tablet PC. For an off-lease its not bad. It has some minor scratches (to be expected) and a little bit of a sticky substance on the keyboard (cleaned right off). I gave it a 4 for performance because it said 64bit OS but it came with 32bit (I put a 64bit OS on and 8GB memory and now were cooking) I gave it a 4 for quality because the wireless switch on the side (to turn it on and off manually) is broken and cannot be used. I understand its an off-lease but I was under the impression they fixed broken parts, no complains about basic wear and tear, but come on...

Great little notebook

Overall very happy. Paint job is a little shotty , updating properly was a pain and I had to reinstall windows. If ur willing to drop an extra 200-300$ u can make it a beast like I did. Added 128gb ssd, USB 3.0 express card, usb to hdmi converter, an additional 4gb of ram and an external blu ray DVD writer. Also got a sgp laptop skin to cover the bad paint job. Now this thing boots in 15seconds and looks great. If you no know what your doing this is quite possibly the best deal you can get on a tablet pc.

Showed up damaged....

No quality control. unit showed up with damage to hinge. -Save your time, dont buy this product used or off lease.

hit and miss

great little laptop, very portable, good resolution and screen... they originally shipped with Vista but the refurb installs Win7 on them, which has never worked with the tablet - a wacom router mouse component would never run on Win7 properly, and the touch screen never worked. The particular one I got showed up looking in rough shape, and the wifi has never worked well. Had it all worked as advertised, I'd have been very happy with it.

great product if you can ever get it to work

ordered 4 of these refurbished. great price on a very fast tablet with pen and win 7 professional. had to get an additional new battery for 2 of 4 of them. batt life barely 10 minutes. they quickly responded. had to reformat the hard drive and re install win 7 professional on 2 of 4 of them as they would not work with our net server at all after days of trying. i think these were initially installed with vista-- the worst OS ever. and then the win7 pro was overinstalled. we have over 40 laptops and desktops and this overinstall will NEVER work with an office server. win7 pro must be virginal. but the computers are so cheap for the expensive tablets that it is still worth all the effort. do not buy if you are not willing to put up with major hassles.
