Gets the job done
We recently moved into a new office and for the first time set up an actual server rack and ip phone system this plate really helped keep it under control. Contrary to other reports 1000base-t is working just fine on our system.

Very nice patch panel. Only problem with it is that it does not support 1000Base-T like it says. It is compatitble with 10/100 on Cat5 and Cat5e but not 1000Base-T on Cat5e.
