Great little computer, better than a netbook
I had an atom-based netbook before this, and it was slooow. On this computer, the graphics pop, the processor is quick, and the battery life is great. There's not much you can't do with this little machine, and it's great for doing work in the cramped space of an airplane seat. Highly recommended.

It's everything I want & need
I am very pleased with my purchase. It it not much heavier than a netbook, but blow a netbook away with all of it's features. Fast and nice looking too. Extremely portable. Everything I need.

Best in value and works great
I like the Dual processor and the 4 GB RAM , and the HDMI Hook up. The startup is a little slow but once it is running it run media DVD movies that I put on it by USB. The wider screen is a plus when playing games and reading words on the screen. It is a better buy then a NETBOOK everything is bigger and easy to work with.

Great Laptop, Great Price
I wanted a laptop for a portable media player and this was an excellent choice. It has a huge hard drive to carry lots of music and videos. The processor and RAM are more than enough to play HD quality videos. The size is small and you don't feel like you're carrying a desktop computer in your bag. But the screen resolution is large enough to be useful. The battery life is amazing for a 6-cell battery and the battery doesn't stick out like a sore thumb. And because it's Windows 7, I can do my work on it. Stop reading reviews on this and just buy one already...

Acer equals Value plus Performance
This is my second Acer laptop, the first on is still going (it just wont die) but its a bit slow compared to today's tech. If your looking for an affordable netbook without sacrificing performance this is an excellent option. One caveat,this is a very capable laptop, however in netbook style it does not include an optical drive.
