I bought this hoping it would have better pickup than my firewire iSight camera's builtin mic. It did not. It's not any worse, either, just not an improvement over what I had before. At least it was only $6.

A great price for a microphone that has great pickup and sound quality. I use it for occassional voice chat and those I talk with have no problem understanding me. Would recommend this product to anyone.

I stick it to the frame of the monitor. Holds well. Got clear sound even from the distance. Mostly I'm using for Skype conversation. Everyone is impressed of the voice quality. I had one at first, now all my computers having one of this. Few friend purchased this one as well. All happy.
