WAAAY overpriced!
Just purchased these headphones with high expectations. Sound is sub-par, in order to maximize their quality you need to reduce the bass they put out. Ive played Halo Reach on xbox live with them and the bass ruins the sound, many players mics are inaudible. Ive also played many computer games with these and the sound quality needed to be altered to reduce bass otherwise it simply sounds like a muffled, cheap pair of headphones. Mic is decent quality, i actually had a better quality mic from a less expensive pair of headphones. bottom line: Not worth the $$!! if your really looking for quality, pay an extra 40$ and get something that you wont have to stress over.

Not worth the headache
My headset is held together with hockey tape and super glue.. sounds awesome but falls apart all the time..

Great sound, iffy design
The headphones sound great. The choice of using straight USB or a combination of USB and 3.5mm is good for audio enthusiasts who need a direct plug for audio editing but prefer USB for gaming. Aside from the quality, the headphones are very weak where the ear pieces connect to the head brace. I bought these 6 months ago and after daily use both sides have small cracks in them. Fixed with duct tape for the time being, but avid users and people with giant heads beware :)

Good Sound, great buy
Excellent value, I can hear sounds in my headphones that my audio system did not get it. I use Tritton AX180 Gaming Headset at my TV, PC and MP3 player. Mic is just great, sensitive. When use it with PC - I recommend USB. I do not have a game console yet, but I do not see having problems. I really enjoy the sound watching movies on my HDTV.
