Quiet and Works as expected
Installed in a rack in a closet attached to a bedroom, it's nice that there is no fan noise. Small details do matter.

Works out of the box
I needed something that would work out of the box - that i didn't need to spend time learning about to get integrated. This product did exactly that - for a great price.

Working 24 7 flawlessly - Great value ur money
I purchased 2 and installed them for a client - small office. Since installed they have been working 24 7 flawlessly, hooked about 18 workstations, dual GigE Card Server running Windows Server 2008R2. Very stable units, can be stacked on top of other or rack mounted -- which is how I installed these 2. The fan is not very noisy but noticeable but again, they're installed in a server room, so that is a mute point in this case.
