Excellent money saver... so far

I have been thoroughly impressed with the Ooma thus far. It works just fine with my internet and phone system.

The best

Never written a review. Bought the first, one, then the second, this is the third. AT&T would not let our number be changed from business to residential. So, after 5 years of horrendous bills and total consternation ported the number to OOMA. Better quality, more features. Followed my son from Brazil to Dubai and back to Paris. Quality above reproach. Just like local. Now getting the fourth for another residence. Recommend highly. Not a techie? Easy and fun to install.

Reliability and Quality in one

I got the Ooma device about a year ago after a tornado went through the area and cell phone service was unavailable. I spent about an hour to setup and configure and I haven't touched it since. Very reliable, great quality, and the phone reconnects if my Internet connection goes down. Highly recommend.

OOMA Telo

I have always been critical of VOIP voice quality, as I have been in the telecom industry over 30 years. This is a seamless product to install and configure. It has great voice quality, way better than I expected. I require this for at home business, conference calls etc. Much better than mobile phone (walkie talkie)voice quality. Also and you cannot argue the price compared to the cost of a land line.

I've been using for 2 weeks and it's still working perfectly. Voice clarity was okay. Just wait another weeks of what will happen.

Outstanding value - Easy installation

I was skeptical about VOIP systems, but after receiving my OOMA (on-time and in great shape)I was glade I took the leap. Porting my number took less than a week and the quality of sound is fantastic.

Great way to ditch the high phone bills

I have cell phones and was going to drop my home phone because I was paying $35. a month for a service I rarely used. I liked the idea of paying once for the service and then my bill will be less than $10. a month or even less depending on which plan I use. I don't notice a different in the voice quality but sure notice a big difference in the cost.

OOMA WORKS !

Excellent product. Phone connections are clear and reliable. Transparent to callers. No one even noticed we dropped our old provider, which Ooma did for us. Will pay for itself in three months and after that it's just money in the bank.

Best VOIP out there

I have had the OOMA for about 8 months now. Because I have a security system I had to do a few more steps but but nothing major. Took about 1 week to port and they did all the work even canceled my Time Warner phone for me. sounds great and has never failed. My wife and kids have never complained once. Saves me $50.00 a month.

Poorest quality product I've gotten so far

Had this thing up and running in no time and it worked fine for about two weeks. Had all kinds of trouble porting my number. One day I was in a family emergency and could not call out. Calls came in just fine, but I can't call out. . They said the box is bad and has to be replaced. Really? Kind of figured that out myself. Researched and found others with like issues and gave it a chance thinking I would get a good one. Allow me to explain just how wrong I was with this logic. Unless they can somehow convince me that they have fixed this lack of any quality problem they have with their junk product, I will stay with my current service that has been very reliable. The one time I really needed reliable phone service, this one left me without.
