No one could get it to work.
Read This!!!
This item doesn't work in the VAIO RZ24G that I purchased it for. The day I checked tech support for the site was a placeholder for a defunct website although it seems to be up now. I should've read the reviews and opted for something a bit better in customer satisfaction. Do not buy this piece of junk.

Clear instructions but not recognizable
The unit fit the IDE drive nicely. Instructions were very clear. All the wires fit well. However, the computer, a DakTech Pentium with Intel Inside, did not see the unit. BIOS menu had nothing to identify it. Very sorry it didn't work.
