Great Unit
Got this for my son to use at college. I wanted him to have a good unit to handle any software and graphics. This one does it well. Switchable graphics are great, good RAM, and 3rd Gen i5. He did not want to go Win 8 and this one is loaded with 7 and has the upgrade disc so HE can choose to switch. If it becomes available again... BUY IT!

Very gppd notebook for the money
Still setting it up but appears to be a very solid notebook. Only problem so far is that it hung up while activating Windows 7, had to use the Windows 7 recovery disc to get it to complete the activation.

So far so good
I completed the transaction on behalf of my dad who the computer is for. Haven't heard any complaints so far! (about 1 month into the purchase)

Nice computer for the price
So far it seems like a good notebook computer. The Win 7 OS is OEM:SLP. Video benchmark was 602, FPS 23.9, Max FPS was 44.4, Min. was 12.3 using Heaven DX11 benchmark. The keyboard feel good but is a little light to the touch like most notebooks these days. The build quality is very good with solid construction. I haven't weighed it but if feels like about 6.5 -7 pounds office applications it draws about 13 watts and it doesn't get hot like they used to. Cons: It needs a back lit keyboard. The letters on the key are too small to see in low light. I Bought it to run Win 7 Pro on with XP Mode and some legacy PLC programing apps. Over all It's a pretty good note book for the price and I would buy it again.

HP ProBook-Awesome Feel
It is always a pleasure to get a new machine. That said, there is a lot of bloat ware loaded by the manufactures that creates a headache when setting up. Which can be removed with no ill effects. No problems so far with the notebook, and will try to keep it that way. The proof of the puddin' is always in the tasting - time will tell.
