I bought one of these about a year ago and LOVED IT! I was woried when they were unavailable for a while, and when I found they were available, I bought the two unit bundle. I now have all three stacked and have had no problem with any of them.
Warnings: 1.They are loud when they are rotating. 2.The software is very basic as has already been mentioned.
Despite the minor drawbacks, I give this a 5 star rating because you can't beat them for the price.

I've had one of these for about a year now and I really like it. What I like best about it is the feeling I get knowing my CD/DVDs are being stored in the best way possible, giving them the longest possible life. Also, it was remarkably quick and easy to make the transition to the new storage system. You can practically feed this thing disks as fast as you can insert them and type up a quick description for each one. The software's interface is very basic and straight-forward. You can search for key words/letters in the title or sort alphebetically. It shows you how many you have in there, how many more it can hold, and whether each disk is IN or OUT. You can even have it prompt the user to ''sign out'' the disk so you know who removed it! It even allows you to password protect certain disks or all the disks. I've never had it eject an incorrect disk. I like that it's expandable too. I'll buy at least 2 more if they're still around for a while.

Great product. There are better quality ones but the price skyrockets. A ''5'' for the price.
Depending on use, keep in mind that Hard Drives are coming down in price. You can now get a 250GB Seagate online for as low as $88. However, if every single DVD was actually a store-bought DVD-Video this device would be storing almost 800GB of data. Most people with 100 discs would have a mixture of CD, DVD-9 and DVD-5 so 200 to 400GB is probably typical.
So keep in mind how you intend to use it. Hard drive servers will likely replace most of these devices but they make a great addition to a PC or Home Media Center.
