Great Computer!
Our old computer was giving us alot of problems and I was afraid it was going to completely die on us. I started looking at other options available without having the cost of a new computer. I have purchased from this company previously for work and have always been very satisfied with the price and the quality of the products. This is a great laptop, very dependable and the price was very reasonable. Initial setup was easy as well as setting it up for wireless access. Two thumbs up!!

Don't bother
I tried to save my company a few bucks, but spent the savings in time dealing with returns. First one was pretty beat up, but I accepted it. I powered it up and ran all of the windows updates. Upon completion, the laptop beeped and shut down indicating fan failure. I realized that the processor fan had stopped working and bottom of the laptop was near melting. I returned the laptop immediately. About a week later, I received the replacement. Opened it up and immediately recognized the smell of maple syrup. In fact, the smell was so strong that it made my entire office smell like maple syrum. I decided to accept this, only to find that the battery will only hold a 10 min charge. I guess you get what you pay for.

Good Laptop
All I have to say is 'You get what you paid for'. The laptop was cleared used as described. The laptop has some minor scratches here and there. Over the machine runs well. The battery on the doesn't last too long. The machine is great for general use such watching videos, going online, and writing documents. I don't recommend it for photo editing or gaming.

Poor quality
I just started using the product and now the screen is loose and gone a funny purple colour. If this the way the product is starting out I'm not looking forward to the hassle of constantly fixing It

Great computer
Love it, love it, love it! Was nervous at first because I didn't think it had a battery with it but plugged it in overnight and, voila, with a charge I get a half hour of battery time, so most of the time I just plug it in. Works great. I could never get the free virus program to download from my email, so bought another one and so far so good. I am looking forward to buying one for my stepson for graduation when another becomes available.
