I have tried many remotes over the years and have always had one device or another that I still had to use the original remote for. This one works for EVERYTHING! Including a receiver with an impossible code to find. Out of the box was amazingly simple to setup and program. This has saved my sanity! |

I recently purchased this remote, I don't believe the one I purchased was refurbished. This remote is the first one I've purchased that you use software and a computer connection to program the remote. Setup was fairly easy. Only complaint is that it wasn't able to program to use my Aiwa 5 CD changer right away. Great Device |

This is a great remote and does everything it says it can. The only change I would make would be to have bigger number buttons. |

Overall this is a good universal remote. It compares well with the more expensive cousin remotes in terms of set up via PC, which is easily and operation. The only negative I have (and it's kinda big for a remote)is the buttons are hard to push, especially the vol and channel buttons. |
