I received 1 remote that had a defective terminal. After a couple of quick calls to the GREAT Customer Service at TD I had a replcement in less than a week that performs flawlessly. I am happy with the product and the CUSTOMER SERVICE at TD.

this comes in a brown refurb box with a logi-tech logo on it stating it's a refurb, but when opened it is brand new in the package as you would buy in a store with no signs of it ever opened or used... seems to me it's overstock that didn't sell... from closed down stores... or however other way someone can't sell a new item and say it's new so has to say it's refurbed... either way get it since if I knew it was like this I would have bought more...

Setup was easy. It even recognized a Nyko remote for my PS3. At $39.99, no complaints about lack of rechargeable batteries, small buttons or what it doesn't program. This is the best deal going and it works exactly as advertised.
