Pretty Good
It works very well on my Win XP. Picture looks as good as origonal VHS. Could not get it set up on Win 7. Support not effective.

Not compatible with Windows Encoder Version 9
Only reason we bought this product was that is was the closest item Hauppauge made that we could find that would replace our 4 year old Hauppauge composite video input that would work with Windows Encoder ver 9. Still can not find what product will work and who sales it.
