This beats my last lap top hands down.

I really love the large screen and the number keypad. The only problem I have is that the quote signs do not appear the first time you strike the key , but appear twice when you strike the key the second time. It has not been so bad that I felt it necessary to call Tech Support.

HELP

This is my second Dell laptop. It has been nothing but trouble! Cursor jumps around, can't create back up files or system restore disk. It is going to the Geek Squad for help. Dell IT has been unable to help with the multiple problems.

Excellent Computer

I purchased this Dell laptop online, on Black Friday, as a Christmas gift for my son, replacing his HP laptop that had recently died. He is very happy with the Dell, expecially the fact that it came with Windows 7, and has not experienced any problems. Bottom line: He loved his gift & I loved the great price! It's been a win-win for us both.

First Laptop

I've never used a laptop before, so I'm not sure how to compare it. It is fast and extremely responsive. I am not comfortable with a touch pad, and plan to get a mouse, but for now, it does absolutely everything I ask it to. Would definitely recommend.

Biggest Disappointment Ever!!!!!!

This is my first time owning a Dell laptop. It is less than one month old and I have been in touch with Dell IT's almost daily about multiple problems. The touchpad now needs to be replaced after attempting to uninstall and reintall it's software multiple times. The arrow randomly roams and then won't respond to touch depite readjustments. It changes settings randomly,ie my text size, though set to my liking will change to a smaller size and still show that it's on the settings I want. Hard time uninstalling certain software and firefox As I type, I'm having a hard time as the cursor jumps around and will randomly highlight areas. There are many more things I just don't have the time to type them all.

Awesome Machine for the price!

This machine was an exceptional value with incredible performance! Other machines with comparable features were far more expensive. Huge screen, with 10 key pad, and large scratch pad area.A great value for anyone needing a high capacity machine.

LOVE this machine

I originally had a different but comparable laptop from a different retail outlet. Unfortunately, it was only available with Windows 8 and I HATED Windows 8. I returned it and got the Dell. So far, it's done everything I wanted and expected. I LOVE it!

Good Product

Does everything I need love the big screen do not like the mouse buttons stiff loud clicking kind. I knew it did not have a lighted keyboard wish I would have got one with this feature.

Like it

Only improvement I would make.is put an angled connection cord on it. Not sure why they have it coming out straight on the side except that this way it can back up to a wall .
