Cheap Plastic
Worked ok for a week, but plugging in about 50 Power Supplies it started pulling the plug out. I had an old school tester that had lights on it that worked alot better than this one...

HANDY TOOL
This computer power supply tester is compact and simple to use. Works with a range of power supply types and should be all the average computer geek needs to verify operation of a desktop computer power supply. Not sure if it would be useful with laptop power supplies.
