The keyboard works very well in all aspects....

But the mouse falls well short of expectations, it works well off of a mouse pad but when you pt it on the pad it really sucks. I'm old school so I have had to start relearning the mouse from scratch to use it. Other than that it is a good system.

Gave out after only a month

The mouse is great but the keyboard sucks, it gave out after only a month. Would not recommend to anyone who does any kind of gaming.

Great, but 2 DOA

we ordered 5 sets of these, but 2 of the mice have died on us so far. 1 that was purchased through dell and one that was purchased from here. other than that, theyve all been great.

Plug and play for PS3

Works fine for ps3 plug and play. If your using this just for your room and want freedom to move about then this works to very well. There is zero lag when using this mouse if you are within 15 feet of the receiver. Battery life lets me use the mouse in extreme gaming sessions for 8 hour + without recharge. Could have hoped for some thumb side buttons. (great reload buttons and auto walk etc)Would also have liked the option in software to be able to use wireless to overide any other wired keyboard or mouse thats already plugged in.

Awesome Combo

So far this combo has worked very well. The only con I have is the mouse will lose connection once in awhile. Could be the surface I am using it on and its only for a second or so before it starts moving again. When I had the dongle in the back of the computer it wouldnt pickup signal at all. I moved it to the front of the computer and it works great. Live of sight issue I am guessing. Things I love about this combo are, how light and thin the keyboard is. The mouse feels good in my hand and is pretty easy to control. Would like to see a side button to activate the air mouse instead of having to pull the trigger. Would make it easier to use like a regualr mouse in the air. I would highly recommend this combo.

Get some distance!

I got this to use on a computer installed in a large conference room. I was very pleased at the range. I could still control the mouse and keyboard from 30ft without issue. The keyboard is fairly standard; nothing special, but it gets the job done. The mouse is fun. I found it intuitive to point it at the screen and wave it in the air. I didn't have to think about it, it just moved where I wanted it to.

Clumsy combo for HTPC

I gave it fairly high rating, but it's not ideally suited to my original intention of using it on an HTPC. Nice range, motion works well. I eventually got the The air-music remote, which is much better suited to the HTPC environment because it can remote control all my IR equipment too. Unfortunetly it is incompatible with the air mouse elite receiver.

This thing is great

This mouse is awesome, it's a little tricky to get used to but after about an hour or so it works as well as any other mouse you've ever used, except it's much more convenient. You have lots of options for the motion tools and gestures, but what really surprised me was the weight, it's so light I thought they had sent me the mouse without batteries. As for the keyboard, it's pretty standard, but super thin, and again very lightweight. Anyone who has their t.v. wall-mounted and runs their computer through it needs this combo.

has 15 foot range

line of sight test FAILED at 25', turn around so just my body is in the way of line of sight and mouse drops out at 15' but if you only need close range its the most beautiful keyboard i have ever typed on! too bad i had to return it...
