Works like a Charm
Very easy to install. I prefer Windows 7 Professional to Windows 7 Home because Windows 7 pro had more network and security features.

Wont Load Win Pro 32 Bit !!
Very disappointed - this is supposed to contain upgrade from Win 7 Home 64 to both Win 7 Pro 32bit and 64bit. Purchased 4 copies of this for my Win7 PC's and it will NOT upgrade to 32 bit, only works to upgrade to 64 bit. Microsoft is no help - told me to buy the full Upgrade CD for over $200 each... I think I will become a Mac user...

Good product
not the fastest method to upgrade. on a very high speed connection it took 4 hours to complete even if the laptop was limited to 100MBs. Would be better if it was on a DVD or SP1 was integrated. All the applications still worked upon completion

easy install
install was a snap, follow instructions and that's it.was disappointed by a software that didn't work will have to contact microsoft for instructions to make work, hopefully they can help security dongle recognize in XP mode.

Update went without a hitch
The install was easy. In fact I found out during the procedure that my Disk was not optioned to generate restore points. I corrected this and the installation went well.

Returned for refund
Details said Win7 Home Prem 128 to Win7 Pro 128. The upgrade would not complete after the serial number was accepted. Contacted HP support, referred me to MS support. After 2 hours with MS support I was advised to return product. Extremely disappointed

This did what it claimed
My husband uses a number of soft wares which are not 64 bit but this upgrade is running them quite happily with little work on his part, a vast improvement over having to run dual operating systems etc which he had been doing. The upgrade was basically painless (at least the way we did it on a new install on a new laptop. First windows operating system in a while I have not had grave reservations about going to.
