have had 2 G500 in year no. 10 button breaks out easily like the operation of mouse a lot but replacing every year is sad.

Great little mouse

Does what's it's supposed to. Sometimes it might be doing a little squeak sound but nothing much.

Great mouse, awful quality.

I've had the worst experience with this mouse. I've gone through 2 of them already. First one I had to return it because it had a problem with the lens making it all jittery when you lift it slightly. Second one worked fine for about 2 months and then the left click started randomly double clicking when I was single clicking which got really annoying. Logitech also has some pretty bad customer support. I emailed them and they responded with the standard unplug and replug, and when I emailed them back saying it still doesn't work they stopped replying for a whole week. After making me wait a week they didn't even offer up an explanation or apologize for making me wait that long. Anyway I found that pretty rude on their part. Other than that if you're lucky enough to get one in good working condition then its a great mouse, although I heard a lot of people are having problems with this mouse.

Great Mouse

It has a nice large feel to it which fits my hand perfectly. Only complaint it that the weight cartridge doesn't come out very well.

Great gaming mouse

This mouse is a really good gaming mouse for the value. Has wieghts to hold it to the mouse pad. Has enough programable buttons to set your in game commands. Will order this mouse again if it ever goes out.

Perfect!

This mouse is absolutely perfect! It has great dpi adjustability with up to 5 different settings available on the fly plus the weights to customize it. Along with it is the setpoint software which allows you to custom set all of the buttons and you can set it to switch to different profiles when you use different applications. Awesome mouse!

Good all purpose mouse

This is my 2nd G500 (first was stolen). Never had a problem with it, but the form is not ideal for me (too big). I bought a different, smaller mouse for gaming and now just use this for work. The scroll wheel toggle between free spin and normal is more of an annoyance than anything. I don't find the free spin mode useful at all. Otherwise, great mouse - good quality, sensitivity and DPI are good.

I have purchased about 15 gaming mice. logitech always gives me the best results. don't waste your time with cyborg, it is the absolute worst, it breaks all the time, i have gotten replacements multiple times. razer is good, but over priced, microsoft is ok. logitech is just the best for your money.

Logitech Fanboy

I have always had logitech products. This was my 4th logitech mouse in a row. The sensitivity is odd, the highest setting seems too high, the mid is too low. Takes a bit to get used to.

The Best Mouse I've Ever Had

This mouse is great! Comes out lightweight with weight available to be added so it fits your personal preference. I'm not sure why other people reported that it's not good for FPS or they couldn't program buttons. I use it for Counter Strike (among other FPS) as well as RPGs and it works perfectly fine - in fact, better than any mouse I've ever owned, since it is so personalized with weight :). Also, the programmable buttons were easy to use! I've never owned a mouse with programmable buttons and was able to do it myself. This mouse is great, and I highly recommend it.
