I bought this to replace a Plantronic 665 headset that was a gift for my gf. It was returned it due to terrible sound quality and poor talk time. The biggest problem with the Q1 is that it would have an echo at times on my end, later figured out that it was resting against her face & blocking the front microphone. Not much could be done since the design lends itself to that position. I have a V1 (almost a year) & never had any sound qualitly problems on either end. The V1 fits much better & does not move around. The Q1 requires a double click to switch the Voice Isolation feature and only a single click to end a call. This has led to ending several calls accidentally. The V1 has these the opposite way, which is more user friendly (1-click for Voice Isolation & 2-click to end call). Also, the Q1 should come with all of the accesories that the V1 comes with, a car charger adapter is NOT included. Looks like I will be getting her a V1. She has a Rival & a Droid for me.

This is the very first time I have been unhappy with a purchase from this company. First problem is the angry male voice of the voice control feature. I could not control it's volume. The trouble really started when I turned that feature off. It would stop working between calls when it had a full battery. It could not be activated mid call. I figrued that turning on the yelling guy that lives in it might help but I could not turn him back on with the the instructions. Got so frustrated I thew the thing and now I can't get a refund. I gonna order a Plantronix.

As described in the product statement works great. I have HTC Touch Pro 2 easy syncs through voice commands. Took a couple of times to use phone command with contact list but now works flawlessly. Sound quality is excellent. Easy to set up and use.
