Very nice. I would have liked a pocket or something like that to put the charger and some cables. But if I am using it only for the tablet, it's great.

perfect Accessory for tablet
I use it for Samsung 10.1 with keyboard attachment. Fits nicely. I use a similar case for the charging cord, stylus, other small pieces.

Nice padded case
Everything's great, assuming that your iPad has some other kind of cover on it. If it's naked, there's so much room inside the case that the iPad shifts around a lot.

Nice Thick and padded
Bought this for a Samsung Note 10.1, it's a little loose for this, but I'm purchase a leather case so it should fit nicely.
