I could not be happier with my purchase. I received my product in three days and everything looked completely new. No marks, no scratches, just like I bought it...well new. Its performance is top notch. I just played Left 4 Dead 2 on it and it performed beautifully without breaking a sweat. I swear it outpaces the Xbox360 performance for gaming. You can't go wrong with this deal. The keyboard and mouse that come with the PC are surprisingly nice. The abilities this PC possesses are amazing to say the least. No matter how much praise I can give this PC, it is still not enough. |

The CPU is actually a 940 not a 920. I sent notice to the site so it may get corrected. PROS: I could not find a better deal for a recent quad-core PC and 64-bit OS. Some refurbished units are starting to appear with faster i7 CPUs, but online searches revealed problems with those units. I went with the slower m9660f and it seems reliable so far.
Performance is very good. The RAM could be faster, but Vista 64 rates this system a 5.9 on the experience scale, which is excellent for the price. The slowest component turns out to be the hard drive.
CONS:
Expandability. The slots for pocket and personal media drives are nice, but the case leaves little room to maneuver if you want to upgrade the HD or RAM.
The extras aren't great. The USB keyboard and mouse are weak and leave the PC's PS2 style ports unused. No speakers.
OVERALL IMPRESSION:
I'm pleased. It's a solid PC to move to Windows 7 with and it will handle work and games just fine. |
