Good Product
Pros: Price. Very good range. Works with AT&T. Relatively easy setup if you have your ATT user ID & password and use the Easy Config. on the CD. Disregard the reviews that say (change the VPI to 0) and use the default setting of 8. Cons: Can't setup manually, you must use the CD, but it works for basic setup. No tech support, AT&T will give you the user ID and password but no tech support for products not supplied by them and Hiro support is non-existent. But I didn't need it and it works.

Great Product
I bought this modem in place of the $200 modem Windstream wanted me to buy from them. It took me a little while to get it set up for wireless, but once I figured out the correct setting on my computer set up was a breeze. I've been using it for about a month and it was worked great.

some are not correct
The set up for this item was very easy once I got help from AT&T. I relied on some of the previous reviews and set the vpi to 0. I tried several times with no success. After 4 calls to AT&T I got a man that helped me. I spent 30 minutes on the phone and he finally told me to change the setting to 8 which was the default setting. Went right through. If it doesn't work on 0 then try the 8 or vice versa.

Works Great
If you have AT&T make sure you set the VPI to 0 when installing. If you dont change that number it will not work.

All that, but no bag of chips
Bought this specifically as it was an All-In-One unit that ALSO was UPnP capable which was a requirement of my IP NetCams. All in all, it set up fairly easily and it is working fine. Has a very detailed internal set up function, but you need the on-disc manual to find it. The scrap of paper in the box is just for the quickie,

Great Product for the price
This unit is great for the price. Beats the ones sold by my ISP hands down. Wireless Range could be a little better, but part of that is the house I am renting. Took care of that with a couple of repeaters.

HIRO
The price and Tech support was awesome. I ranked it fair because it wouldn't work on AT&T no matter what their Tech Support tried. I would rather rank AT&T low for trying to be proprietary and trying to block 3rd party modems. If I had purchased a Tech Support Plan from AT&T for a modest monthly fee for 12 months, they would have set the modem up to work on their system.

Could not ask for better
Got this modem after AT&T modem boat anchor stopped working. Super easy setup and great wireless. Make sure you have setup info from provider and installation is a walk in the park. Would recommend for anyone who is tired of paying for garbage from service provider (who do not seem to want to provide much help at any rate)
