One of the WORST chairs I have ever sat in.

If you have a bad back, don't waste your money on this chair. I have the Ergo Ex and it has the worst design and least comfortable lumbar rest ever made for a chair. The overall quality is poor. I had mine for 13 months and the seat pan split, leaving one armrest flopping to the side. Now the Mesh is pulling from the back (held in place with Paper Staples !). There are way better for far less money.

Believe It! This is a great chair for the price!

Minimum assembly (socket & ratchet set advised for ease and speed). Very sturdy and steady motion fuctionality (Rolling, Tilting, Seat and armrests height & depth. Overall great comfort but seperately purchased standard Wondergel seat cushion made it perfect (Hence 4 stars on performance). Poor packing likely caused broken lift handle despite no appearance of external package damage.

Great chair for bad backs

Great quality chair and easy to assemble and best news is I've had no pain in this chair.

Great Chair at a Great Price

The chair has every adjustment I wanted that would ease my back after hours spent at the computer. I am very satisfied with the performance and quality of the product. I priced out a similar chair at a local dealer, one that met my requirements, only not worth double the price.

good chair!

very comfortable chair, adjustable in every way to fit your body. assembly was pretty simple (be sure to have a screw driver handy), and takes less than 10 mins. no need to reupholster the seat, but i can see it being uncomfortable if the user surpasses the weight limit of the chair.

Finally a real chair!

Best chair I've ever sat on, only problem I had was with the left arm rest, it won't turn so I contacted the manufacturer. It's worth every penny, you won't regret it.

Ultimate Chair !

After spending years work in different office chairs, I can easily say this is the best one I have used. Build quality is excellent. It's seat is really large so it gives plenty of room, and I'm 6.2. I can sit crossed legged if it want! Adjustable in all the useful ways, and supports your back very well. It's only minor failing is the right range is not that great. Highly recommend for long term use.

Best Seat ever!

Have several of these in our office. They give great support. Who would buy a seat just to have to reupholstered!

Not enough padding

Everything on this chair is nice except the seat. Within a few hours my backside was starting to hurt. I removed the seat and had it reupholstered.
