Zune is great
For the record I've owned several Zunes and am very happy with them. Having said that the refurb that we bought quit working after about 60 days,

Better than expected.
I already had an 80gb Zune for myself and a new 32gb HD version for my wife. But wanted a smaller and less expensive version for my son who is 10 as I want make sure he'll take care of it. Anyway, the refurb unit looks like brand new. Not a mark on it and no old music or anything either. Battery life is well over 7 hours on just music and 3-4 while playing movies. Came with head phones and cable too although it wasn't state as such in the listing. Thinking about another one now too. Love all the feature and ease of use. Packed it with 700 songs and 5 full length movies.

Great deal
I have a first gen 20gb zune, and its size was getting annoying as most my pockets now have holes in them from using it during work. So i wanted a smaller mp3 player with a radio, and i could not pass up this deal. Glad I bought it.

Awesome Deal!
I bought this as a Christmas present. It has worked flawlessly for this past month. Loading the music was a snap with the Zune software. I have order refurbished items from here before and have never had an issue.
