Sweet for the rack mounted server
Sweet for the rack mounted server. Full Size keyboard would not fit. This one is fits great. USB with built in trackball mouse. Mouse uses buttons on the left hand trackball on the right (Faster, YEAH!)

Changing Up from the 501
Used to use the ACK-5010UB, which is similar, but has a regular mouse ball instead of optical trackball. The 501's mouse is alweays 'linting up' causing much grief. The optical ball should correct that problem. Works great for medical and dental operatories where space is a premium

Perfect size for server cabinet
I needed a small keyboard for use in a 19 in server cabinet and this little guy just fit the bill. The mouse ball takes a little getting used to, but since the keyboard is not used that much it's not a problem. One improvement I could suggest is that they make it so that the mouse ball could also be pushed to simulate the left click of a real mouse, as its kind of weird having to use the two small left-right mouse click buttons on the opposite side of the keyboard. Other than that it works great.

Defective product, but this company came through
Two days after the product arrived, two keys stopped working. I called customer service about a full refund, even though the website and invoice indicated an exchange only for the same item on a return. This company had no problem refunding my full cost and providing me with clear instructions for returning the product. This is the first keyboard that I have had this problem with. ''0'' for the keyboard, ''5'' for this company. I would not hesitate to buy from this company again.
