Replacement Desktop
I had a prehistoric desktop which was showing its age and was in need of replacement about 7 or 8 years ago. Since laptops wear out too quickly, I was sick of replacing them and decided to purchase another desktop. I use this just for my personal enjoyment. Thereis 74.5 GB on the hard drive (likely because of programs, no up on computers). I may have gone for more, but since I have an external hard drive, did not see the need. I already had the CD for Windows Office which had Word 7 on it too, so I downloaded it as it has Excell and other programs which I like to use. This computer would likely be a good one for a child, or an older, retired person like myself. The product arrived in gooo condition and a few days before promised too. I am extremely happy with dealing with Tiger Direct and will do so again, as I have done in the past. I was happy to be able to purchase a warranty for this product as it is off least you never know.

good item; for the cost!
All is good would have liked a larger HD, old computer had 120Gig HD and that was 10+ years old, 80 Gig is kinda small these days.

Great Value
Time will tell but this is a great value. It is refurbished so if it holds up you can;t beat it. I mostly use my laptop. I bought this to mainly store files and pictures.

Very Happy So Far
Out of the box this PC is a huge improvement over my last one. The exterior case is like new and everything is functioning as expected. This is the 3rd refurbished PC I've Bought through Tiger Direct. I got the one year extended warrenty with this one though because my last one( a Gateway ) died after a few monthes. So my advice is to get the warrenty.

Great value, good product
I was supprised to find a computer at this price with Windows 7 installed. I have had the computer for three weeks and it is working just fine. It was a real bargin in a world that has gone nuts with prices. This unit will do the job for you and give you change.

Good setup for new users
This is a good setup for beginners to starting with Windows 7. Windows XP is outdated and should be avoided. Get your grandparents one of these instead.
